A chemical peel allows your skin to “blister” and peel off in order to make room for healthier and smoother skin to take its place! Our clinic offers mild to medium grade chemical peels; each involving the application of a chemical or natural solution to begin the deep exfoliation process.
After a chemical peel the skin is temporarily more sensitive. You may experience some degree of tightening of the skin, burning, and throbbing while your skin goes to work regenerating new cells. The treated areas may take anywhere from 7 to 10 days to heal after a peel but there is no need to fear! Our experienced esthetician will provide you with personal care instructions to make your recovery as comfortable as possible!
